Here for your consideration is a 1970's Guyatone EB-3 Short Scale Bass in good condition! We think this is a 1974 model but just saying "early 70s" to be safe. These are rather rare; A super fun short scale Mosrite Style basses with a real beefy mahogany neck, two single coils and 3 way switching. This one shows the age and wear you would expect from a 50+ year old instrument, but is overall in great playing shape. Body shows a fair amount of finish marks, dings, chips, etc., but has no major damage or issues and is overall in good condition. Neck shows some light marks but is overall in good shape. The neck on this one is FAT but feels great with the short scale length. Headstock shows some light surface wear but is overall in good condition. Fretboard shows some very light wear but no major damage or blemishes and is otherwise in great shape. Frets show some very light wear but have no major divots or issues and have plenty of life left in them. Hardware definitely shows its age and some light wear, but is all in good working order. Electronics have been thoroughly inspected and cleaned and work great. Original single coil pickups sound fantastic! Overall a super fun, great playing bass that has tons of vibe! Has been fully inspected and set up by our tech and ready for a new home. Includes non-original gig bag.
