The idea of our little recommended posts is to hopefully introduce people to some things they may not have discovered or dug into. One album, one book and one movie as recommended by some of the folks we deal with here at Coast Sonic. This time around; Red Panda's Curt Malouin.
One Album: Miles Davis. “Bitches Brew,” which always seems to have the right balance of restraint, groove, improvisation, and editing.
One Book: Brooks, Fred. “The Mythical Man Month,” if you do any sort of software engineering.
One Film: “Stop Making Sense,” in a theater if possible. The band has an amazing amount of energy. It is a great concert, but also interesting as a film.
