Here for your consideration is a Vintage 1977 Martin D-35S in very good condition! A stunning example of a classic vintage Martin. Specs are all the same as a standard D-35 but features a slotted headstock thus the “S” in the model name. Three-piece rosewood back and sides, spruce top, mahogany neck, ebony bridge and fretboard. Frets were lifting so it received a Professional full re-fret. Otherwise all-original, no repairs or issues. Body shows some signs of finish checking and some general surface/playwear, but otherwise is in great shape. Neck is overall in great shape but shows a small ding behind the 4th fret on the lower side. Some light checking on the back of the neck as well and the binding shows some areas of discoloration and small cracks. Neck is in good shape besides that and feels great with no major damage. Headstock is in great shape. Fretboard is in excellent condition and has been professionally re-fretted. Overall a beautiful vintage Martin that plays great and sounds absolutely amazing. Has been fully inspected, Re-fretted, and set up to perfection. Includes original hard case.
