Here for your consideration is Genuine, all original (minus the nut which has been professionally replaced) 1966 Fender Jaguar! Coming in at 60 years old this vintage, One owner Fender Jaguar remains in very clean condition for its age. It has been played but definitely not abused. Apart from a new nut and strap buttons (came to us with strap locks) this is in all original condition. The body shows some general surface wear, marks, minor dings, small finish chips, etc. but overall is in excellent condition considering its age, and has no major damage or blemishes. Neck shows some wear in the cowboy chord position (see photos), but has no major damage, dings, scratches, or blemishes, and is overall in excellent shape. Headstock shows some very light wear along the edges and Fender logo, and some very nice finish checking but otherwise is in great shape. Fretboard and inlays remain very clean and in excellent condition with no notable wear or damage. Frets have been professionally leveled and crowned, and still have a good amount of life left in them. Hardware shows some light surface scratches, age, and some very light pitting in some areas, but overall is all in great working condition. Electronics are completely original and have been thoroughly inspected and cleaned, and work perfectly. Features the original set of Jaguar pickups that sound incredible. Original case shows its fair share of wear, but is fully functional with no major damage. Overall this is an incredible example of a '66 Jaguar that retains all the important originality and playability. Absolute stunner! Has been fully inspected and set up by our Luthier, who did a complete assessment of the guitar and professional replaced the nut, and leveled and crowned the frets to make this one perform the best it can! Includes original hard case, and even a photo of the one original owner with the guitar.
