Description:
A made in Japan '57 reissue Fender Precision Bass in a classic black finish. Pickguard has been swapped out for a 50's style anodized gold to complete the vintage vibe. Weighs in at a comfortable 8 lbs 14 oz. In good clean condition for a nearly 25 year old instrument; frets are excellent, headstock is clean, fretboard shows some a few light marks at the edges but overall very clean. Body shows some impressions and marks on the back but nothing major or through the finish. Tuners and bridge have some patina, pickguard shows some wear all of which add to the vintage look. Well balanced and smooth playing.
Alder body, maple neck, period correct spiral vintage bridge, headstock strap knob, factory USA vintage pickup.
Has been fully inspected and setup here by our team at Coast Sonic and is ready for a new home. Includes gigbag.
