A 1998 crafted in Japan era '62 reissue Stratocaster in Fiesta Red. This was the upscale Japan market model that featured factory USA 57/62 pickups. While not quite quarter-sawn the neck does have a very tight vertical grain, combined with a rare/non-catalog Fiesta red finish and a rich/dark rosewood slab board it is quite the good looking strat.

Condition is very clean; headstock is very clean with only a few small marks, neck finish seems to be nitro and is wearing from play for a light relic look, fretboard is excellent, frets show some light wear in the root chord position. Body has some finish chipping at the neck pocket and some light dings on the sides/edges. No major dings/chips or deep scratches.

Includes Fender gigbag. Has been fully inspected and setup here by our team at Coast Sonic and is ready for a new home.
