Description:

Here for your consideration is a 1994 MIJ Fender Order Made '72 Reissue Telecaster in very good condition!

The Fender Japan "Order Made" program was a specialized custom-order service that during the 1980s and 1990s effectively serving as an early Japanese Custom Shop. It enabled Fender Japan's customers to request non-catalog specifications, such as custom finishes, unique neck profiles, or specific hardware.

This 1994 Order Made '72 Reissue Telecaster features a rosewood fretboard, Ash body with a OWB finish (off white blonde) and is equipped with a set of high output ceramic magnet pickups (9k at the neck and 13k at the bridge).

The body shows some light surface marks, a few very small dings on the bottom edge, and a "Sticker tan", but otherwise is in great shape overall. Pick guard also shows some "sticker tan" lines but is otherwise in great shape. Neck and headstock are in excellent shape showing only the very lightest surface marks. Beautiful Rosewood fretboard that remains in excellent condition. Frets show some light wear and some very minor divots in the cowboy chord positions but otherwise they have no issues and lots of life in them. Hardware shows some light pitting and aging but is all perfectly functional and overall in very good condition. Electronics work great and features a set of hot ceramic pickups that are loud, aggressive, and clear. A custom order made '72 reissue that is a solid workhorse and plays great! Has been fully inspected and set up by our tech and ready for a new home. Includes gig bag but we do have hard cases available for upgrade.
