Here for your consideration is a 1980s Burny by Fernandes REX-80 '76 Explorer in very good condition! Another one from the golden era of Japanese made lawsuit guitars. This one is definitely one of our favorites! The body shows some general playwear, light surface marks and dings throughout but otherwise is in excellent condition for its age with no major damage. Neck shows some very light marks but is overall in great shape with no major damage or blemishes. Headstock shows some light surface marks and light wear along the edge but is otherwise in great shape. Fretboard is in excellent condition and frets show very little wear with no notable divots or issues and tons of life left in them. Hardware shows some age and tarnishing of the gold plating but is all in overall great shape and feature Kluson Deluxe tuning machines which is very interesting on a Gibson style guitar. Electronics work great and features the original humbucker in the neck and a DiMarzio PAF in the bridge. Overall an absolutely amazing Explorer that plays like a dream. Just as good if not better than any Gibson in our opinon! Has been fully inspected and set up by our tech and ready for a new home. Incudes original gig bag.
