Here for your consideration is a 1980 Aria Pro II SB-700 Super Bass in very good condition! An amazing playing, high quality Matsomoku factory made Bass with an Alembic vibe and feel. The body shows some light surface marks, scuffs, and minor dings mostly along the outer edges, but otherwise is in excellent condition. The neck shows some very minor surface marks but is otherwise in great shape. Headstock shows some very light surface marks and wear, but is otherwise very clean. fretboard shows some very minor wear along the edges, but is otherwise very clean. Frets show some very minor wear along with a few very minor divots on the 1st-3rd frets, but otherwise they are in excellent condition with no issues and tons of life left in them Hardware shows a fair amount of age, pitting, and some light tarnishing, but is otherwise all in good working order. Electronics have been thoroughly inspected and cleaned, and work perfectly. The original MB-1E Humbucker sounds amazing and can operate in either series, or parallel operation. An incredibly great playing bass with neck through construction for incredible sustain, and has lots of tonal versatility with the series/parallel switch and tone/volume controls! Has been fully inspected and set up by our in house luthier and ready for a new home. Includes gig bag. See below for a list of specs and info.

Unlike its active sibling the SB-1000, the SB-700 is entirely passive, meaning it does not require a battery. The series/parallel toggle switch paired with the passive tone knob allows for deep, aggressive punch and throaty mid-range harmonics
