Description: 

 A beautiful 1979 Yamaha SA1000 in very clean condition. An absolutely stellar take on a 335 style semi-hollow built in the golden age of premium Japan craftsmanship. This is in very clean condition; headstock is excellent, ebony fretboard is excellent, frets show only very light marks, a few marks on the back of the neck behind the third fret (see photos) otherwise neck is very clean. Body shows some light playwear and small impressions but no major dings/chips or deep scratches. Top and back are beautifully grained single pieces of wood - no seams. Overall a very well preserved guitar with a beautiful feel and a classic 335 styling. If you're after a 335 style guitar these are every bit as great of a player as a Gibson version but without the sticker shock.
