About:
Westminster was a vintage Japanese guitar brand launched in the 1970s by the prominent distributor Kanda Shokai. Positioned as an alternative to their mainstream brand, Greco, Westminster instruments were built primarily at the legendary Matsumoku Industrial Co. factory in Japan. They are celebrated by collectors today as highly accurate, well-crafted instruments from the famous "Lawsuit Era" of Japanese guitar manufacturing.
