The no longer in production Heritage Golden Eagle is a highly regarded archtop hollow body electric guitar handcrafted in Kalamazoo, Michigan by former Gibson luthiers. It is considered the premier instrument in the Heritage line, often compared to the Gibson L-5 model.

This custom CES version (2 pickups instead of a single floating pickup) of Heritage's Golden Eagle features a TV Jones combo of a T-Armond in the neck position and a neck position TV Jones classic in the bridge position. Not sure if it was originally ordered this way or modded at some point but it makes for a fantastically rich sounding combo with the low wind humbucker in the bridge.

This one is in overall very good condition and features a beautiful Almond burst finish and with a beautiful lively and resonant tone. Body shows some general minor surface marks and dings and has a crack in the lower horn. The crack is not detrimental to the structural integrity of the guitar and does not affect sustain or resonance in any way. See our photos for details of the crack. Otherwise body is in great shape. Neck is in excellent condition. Headstock shows some surface marks but is otherwise clean with no major damage. Ebony fretboard and inlays are in excellent shape. Frets show some light wear and divots but have no issues with dead spots or buzzing. Hardware shows some light tarnishing and pitting but is otherwise in perfect working order. This came to us without a pickguard but the screw holes are in good shape so one can easily be added. Electronics have been thoroughly cleaned and work perfectly. Featuring a T.V Jones T-Armond in the neck position and a T.V Jones classic in the bridge giving a nice clear and sparkly tone in any position. An absolutely stunning piece of craftsmanship and an amazing feeling and sounding guitar both acoustically and with an amp. Has been fully inspected and set up by our tech and ready for a new home. Includes semi-rigid case.
