Description:
Here for your consideration is a 1992 Gibson LPB-3 Les Paul Standard Bass in very good condition! A Yamano Music special edition with Thunderbird style bridge & TB+ pickups. Features a rare golden pearl "flower pot" inlay (traditionally seen on high-end Gibson L-5 and mandolins) alongside the Gibson logo. Passive electronics, Ebony fretboard, mahogany construction with maple top. This one remains in excellent condition for a 34 year old instrument. Body shows some light surface marks and some very minor scuffs, but overall is very clean with no major damage. Neck is in excellent condition with no notable damage or blemishes. Headstock shows some light surface marks and some light wear along the edges but is otherwise clean. Ebony fretboard remains in excellent condition and frets very little wear with tons of life left in them. Hardware shows some very light age and marks, but is overall in excellent working condition. Electronics are all original featuring an incredible sounding set of Thunderbird pickups. A truly beautiful looking, sounding, and playing Les Paul bass! Includes original teardrop style case, though the strap that keeps the lid propped up is broken, so the lid opens all the way. Still perfectly functional. Also includes original paperwork.
