Here for your consideration we have 90s era Tokai Love Rock made in Japan that has undergone some substantial player customizing to create a standard model but with the looks & style of a LP Custom. Black refinish (serial is gone, dated to decade by build specs) hardware changed to gold throughout; 70s style waffle tuners, USA Seymour Duncan P90s, Gotoh bridge and tailpiece, gold jackplate, gotoh full size pots. Body shows some surface marks, scratches, dings, scuffs, etc. but is overall in great shape with no major damage. Neck and headstock show some surface marks as well, but like the body they are overall in great shape with no major damage. Fretboard is in excellent condition and frets show hardly any wear and are in great shape with no major divots or issues. Hardware is in overall great shape but shows some fading/tarnishing of the gold in some spots and some light pitting. Otherwise in great working condition. Electronics have been thoroughly cleaned and work perfectly. Pots have been changed out to full size Gotohs, pickups changed out with Seymour Duncan Phat Cat Humbucker sized P90's that sound killer. Pickguard has been taken off but holes remain in good shape so one could easily be added if desired. Overall a great playing and unique Les Paul with some nice upgrades! Has been fully inspected and set up by our tech and ready for a new home. Includes Road Runner semi-hard case.
