Here for your consideration is a 1980 Gretsch Beast BST-1500 model 8215 in very good condition! This thing is truly a beast with its high output hum buckers and slim, fast playing neck! Body shows a fair amount of surface marks, scratches, dings, and dents but shows no major damage or issues and is otherwise in very good condition. Neck shows some surface marks but no major damage or issues. Headstock shows some very light wear but is overall very clean. Fretboard is in great shape. Frets show player and minor divots but have no issues with buzzing or dead spots and still have a good amount of life in them. Hardware is in surprisingly good condition for its age. Electronics work great and have been thoroughly cleaned. Features a set of hot and punchy hum buckers that sound great and will send any good tube amp in to nice singing distortion on their own. This one has been subject to smoking and has a slight odor because of that. But what else would you expect from an 80's beast.... Overall this beast has seen some action but it plays great and is overall in great shape. Has been fully inspected and set up by our tech and ready for a new home. Includes original hard case.
