Description:
Here for your consideration is a 1976 Yamaha SX-80 in very good condition! We are big fans of the funky old Yamaha's here and this one is great! Body shows some general playwear, surface marks, and dings but has no major damage and is overall in great shape. Neck shows some very light playwear but is overall very clean. Headstock shows a few minor dings along the edge but is otherwise clean. Fretboard is in excellent shape and frets show only the very lightest signs of wear with no divots or issues. Hardware is in great shape showing only some light pitting. Tuning machines have been replaced with grovers. Electronics have been thoroughly cleaned and work perfectly. Features Yamaha low output single coils that sound great; clear, sparkly, and punchy. Overall a super cool and funky vintage Yamaha that plays great and perfect if you're looking for something vintage but a little different. Has been fully inspected and set up by our tech and ready for a new home. Includes gig bag. See below for a full list of specs.
