Features fulls size USA CTS pots, Switchcraft switch and grey bottom, cloth wire vintage style Mustang pickups. This one is in excellent, nearly mint condition. All the looks and vibe of a Mustang with the functionality of a Strat. This one is super fun, Lightweight, plays amazing, and looks amazing too. Char, a guitarist who has had a profound influence on Japanese rock history and remains at the forefront of the scene today, has released his latest signature model, inspired by the iconic Mustang®. The concept behind the model's development was "A Mustang with Stratocaster® functionality." A newly developed synchronized tremolo bridge was developed to match the Mustang's thinner body, which is thinner than a Stratocaster. This unique model retains the Mustang's distinctive playability and ease of handling, while allowing for Stratocaster-style arm movements. Additionally, a 3-position toggle switch allows for more intuitive pickup operation. The control knob position has also been adjusted to allow volume control with a Stratocaster-like feel. The Made in Japan Char Signature Mustang is the embodiment of an idea that Char has been nurturing for many years, and is a model with unique yet reasonable specifications.
