Here for your consideration is a 1998 CIJ Fender '62 Reissue Jaguar JG66-85MH Lake Placid Blue w/ Matching Headstock in very good condition! A stunning Lake Placid blue finish that has a very cool almost greenish metallic tint that doesn't quite show up in photos. This one is in overall good shape. Body shows some various minor surface marks, dings, and scratches. Has some "sticker tan" lines and a small screw hole drilled by the vibrato plate (see photo), but does not affect the structural integrity of the guitar in any way and is otherwise in very good condition. Neck is in great shape with no damage of any kind. Headstock shows some wear along the edges, a few small dings along the top edge and a crack in the finish (purely cosmetic, in the finish only, not the actual wood), but otherwise is in good condition. Fretboard is in excellent shape. Frets show some light wear up the neck but are overall very good with no issues and plenty of life left. Hardware is in overall good shape with a brand new mustang style bridge installed. Pickguard and control cavity screws are a bit rusty but still function perfectly. Electronics work perfectly. Pickups have been upgraded to a set of USA fender Pure Vintage '65 Jaguar pickups with Alnico 5 magnets and period-correct cloth wire and fiber bobbin construction. Overall a killer Jaguar that has seen some use cosmetically, but has it where it counts. Plays great and sounds awesome with some nice upgrades! Has been fully inspected and set up by our tech and ready for a new home. Includes gig bag.
