1988 Epiphone Casino Made in Japan Terada Factory (pre-Elitist)

Description: 

A 1988 Epiphone Casino made in Japan at the Terada factory. This was before the introduction of the "Elitist" line. Natural finish just like John Lennon's famous Casino. This one features a beautiful birdseye figuring throughout the body as well as some light flame on the neck for a very unique look. Hardware shows some patina consistent with it's age but overall this seem to have seen only light usage as it remains in very clean condition with no major dings/dents or deep scratches. Frets shows almost no wear and fretboard is in excellent condition. There is some roughness/sprouting to the fret ends most likely due to the neck drying/shrinking slightly over the years. Would benefit from filing fret ends but we will leave that to the buyer to preserve the originality of this rare guitar. Plays fine as is.
