Description: Here we have an insanely cool Electra guitar from 1980. Easily one of the most rad guitars to come into the shop as of late. It has a light natural stain on its top, headstock and back of its neck, with a darker stain on the back and sides, all tied together with a ton of stunning tortoise shell binding from head to toe. This thing is dressed up to the nines and ready to shine. The body is very clean, with some light wear and surface scratches and just a few chips in the finish near the edge of the lower horn. The neck is in great condition with just one small ding near the 6th fret. It is missing one of the pick guard screws, but it still functioning in place with the others holding it in. Fretboard is dark and beautiful with the frets showing minimal wear for a 44 year old guitar. Lots of life left in these frets for many years of rock n roll to bless our ears with. The neck truly plays like butter with an all access neck joint that begs to be played. The pickups bring all that 70s power right into 1980, and slam us into the 2020s, fueled by the built in effects, phaser and overdrive, ready to swirl and blast away. Overall this is a super clean example of a killer Japanese built vibe machine. This beauty was constructed in the well known Matsumoko factory and is of the finest quality of its era. This guitar ships in an aftermarket SKB hardshell case. 2 Effect modules included, Phaser and Overdrive
