We have a killer vintage Gibson for you guys today... a '68 SG Special in Cherry finish! This one is in good shape considering its age and almost all original. Tuning machines have been changed with vintage Klusons. Original pickups and electronics. The body has no major damage but it does show some dings/dents/scratches as you would expect from a nearly 60 year old guitar. The finish has also faded slightly to a really cool sort of in-between red and brown. Neck has a decent sized ding behind the 14th fret- it does not really affect the feel or playability too much. There are other various small dings and scratches along the back of the neck but overall the neck is in good condition. Headstock shows wear but is solid. Fretboard has a very small ding on the bottom edge of the 2nd fret and on the 5th fret but they do not affect feel or playability and is otherwise in great shape. Frets show some wear and are not very tall, but have a good bit of life left and do not have any major issues. Hardware is in good condition for its age. Neck volume knob is missing  the "VOL" insert on top of the knob. Electronics work great and feature original pots/wiring and original pickups that sound AMAZING. This vintage beauty has seen some miles but is a killer player with tons of character and all the vintage mojo you could ever want. Has been fully inspected and set up by our techs and ready for a new home. Includes hard case.
