Description:
Bigsby lovers beware! In the shop today we've got a 2003 Telecaster Custom 1962 Reissue with a factory Bigsby. This Tele comes in the always classy 3 tone sunburst with a double bound body, right out of Fender Japan's Vintage Collection. This guitar comes loaded with Texas Special Single coil pickups, delivering all the snap, sparkle and growl you'd expect from your next favorite Fender. The body is in great condition, no major chips on the front of the guitar, just your usual light surface scratches. The back of the guitar has scattered small dings and knicks down near the edge where the jack is. The binding is looking near perfect, with just one small split near the rear strap button. The neck feels smooth and easy to navigate with its 7.25 radius. Frets show some light wear but with more than plenty of life left in them. Back of the neck is very clean with just one notable ding behind the 8th fret. Headstock is in super solid shape with some light wear around the edges. The tuning pegs have a nice patina while the rest of the chrome hardware is polished and shiny nicely. The Bigsby is strung up and ready to twang, ready to surf, or ready to rock, the choice is yours. This one does it all.
