Includes the equally rare original \"Sunburst Lady\" Greco Super Real Lifton-style case. The body shows some general surface marks, dings, minor finish scratches, etc., but overall shows no major damage or issues. Rear of neck is in excellent shape with no notable damage or blemishes. Headstock shows some light surface marks, wear, and finish chips along the top edge (see photos), and some light damage on the sticker, but otherwise is in great shape. Fretboard is in excellent condition. Frets do show a fair amount of wear, and some minor divots throughout but has no issues with fretting out, buzzing, dead spots, etc. Hardware shows some age and wear that you would expect to see from a 46 year old guitar, but is otherwise all in perfect working order. Electronics are all original and have been thoroughly inspected and cleaned, and features the highly coveted  Maxon \"Dry Z\" Humbuckers that sound incredible!  Overall a very clean example of a Super Real EGF1200, and about as close as you can get to a '59 Les Paul without spending 500,00 dollars! Has been fully inspected and set up by our in house luthier and ready for a new home.
